- To hold an elected position within a First Nations community/organisation of Quebec or Canada :
- Chief/grand chief
- Vice Chief
- Councillor-chief
- Board chair
- Board administrator
- Upcoming leader
- To have an open mind and wanting to invest throughout the program.
- Thanks to the generous support of our partners, this program is offered to you free of charge. Participants must cover their transport and lodging expenses
