First Nations Executive Education (FNEE) offers short leadership programs that have been developed specifically to meet our needs and that reflect who we are.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Strengthening the skills of our leaders by combining our traditional knowledge with the best in contemporary management practices as a critical element in our self-determination.

PROJECT INITIATORS
Working jointly with Executive Education HEC Montréal, we have created a school to empower our leaders in a way that is consistent with our VALUES and our LEADERSHIP and is for our FUTURE.
Our business, social economy and community development skills will be enhanced by the complementary knowledge provided through this school in order to develop better management practices to benefit our communities.
The time has come to consider and implement solutions to build a modern economy that encapsulates our identity and the values of sharing and community that have been vital to our survival over time.
Our traditional knowledge in trade and commerce, combined with the best in contemporary management practices, will help shape this economy. We will have to adjust the tools of sustainable economic development in line with our realities and our collaborative approach to leadership if we are to take our destiny into our own hands.
Our leaders of today and tomorrow need access to the means to improve the socioeconomic conditions of our communities, and this is a key issue for First Nations.
As initiators of the FNEE project, we are joining our voices together to express our hope for this school to become a source of additional knowledge for our leaders that they can leverage to deliver tangible successes.
The purpose is to contribute to developing a circular and sustainable economic model that will ensure our socio-economic development and safeguard our future.
